For your first week of membership, you’ll have access to week one information and the Forum, where you can discuss how you’re doing with fellow members. Be sure to visit the Forum right away and introduce yourself!
Every seven days, you will have access to the next week until you have been through ten weeks of progressive information and activities. Then you will have continued access to the entire program, and the Forum,  as we work through the process of changing our weight and health — and our lives!
The activities laid out in the first ten week will take more than ten weeks to assimilate into your life and I will continue to provide support and suggestions in addition to adding new information and/or activities each week, as they seem appropriate.  But the basic information is set out in a natural order over the first ten weeks so you won’t be overwhelmed. In the months that follow we’ll go deeper and make lasting changes.
