Hi there… My name is Meredith and I have been studying what is likely to promote excellent health and what causes obesity/produces weight loss for over 30 years — up until this point, just for my own information. If you looked at my bookshelves you would see a gazillion books on these topics, written by people with extremely divergent opinions and “facts.”
As I’ve now passed age 60 (feel free to tell me I don’t look it!), I am now very interested in longevity and the new field of anti-aging. I’ll be exploring all these things on this site in order to help as many people as I can to live lives filled with great health and energy and joy. THAT’S what I want to have!
I used the word “reporter” above because these are topics about which I know an awful lot, AND that I continue to dig into on an almost daily basis. My aim is to use this platform to continue to present you with the cutting edge information on health, weight loss, and longevity. I will be continuing to research these things and will report new developments as they appear. I will give you sources, too, so that you can check these things out for yourselves. I mean, you don’t know me from Adam… I could recommend an all rutabaga diet to make your hair shiny. Or better yet, cure baldness!
In any case, Slow Carb is featured because from all that I’ve learned, this way of eating is the best way to maintain excellent health and a normal weight. There will be added tips and much more information on Slow Carb eating.
