I was working out with weights when I read this post and SLOWED DOWN my exercising — and kept getting stronger and stronger…
To my knowledge, this way of working out was originated by Fred Hahn — and as soon as I read Tim’s story, I got Fred’s book. It just makes sense — and anything that makes exercise take less time gets my attention.
